Devotional Thought

"It is Well With My Soul" is a popular hymn and Christian worship song. The song is themed around the idea that no matter what happens in life, we can be confident that our souls are saved by the redeeming work of Jesus Christ. One line that sticks out is, "Nailed to the cross and I bear it no more!" Keep this thought in mind this week. All of our guilt, shame, envy, greed, lust, anger, and sorrow has been nailed to the cross of Christ. Rejoice in that fact! It is finished! The victory is ours!

Lunch Menu

Monday: Corndogs, mac-n-cheese, mixed veggies, applesauce, cookie

Tuesday: Cabbage stew, corn bread, yogurt, apples

Wednesday: Chicken sandwiches, pork-n-beans, green beans, apples

All meals are served with 1% milk. Menu is subject to change.

Other Notes

Last Friday saw the first home games of the season for our Volleyball and Football teams. Unfortunately both teams lost, Volleyball 3 games to 1, and Football in a shutout, but we are thankful for the opportunities our student athletes had to play.
