Questionnaire Regarding High School Re-opening!

The high school portion of East Fork Lutheran's school and ministry is currently planned to be reopened for the 2021-2022 school year. However, in order to know how best to proceed with planning we need to know the interest levels and potential enrollment at the secondary level. That's where you come in!
