Hi my name is Chantel Kolander. I was born in Saint Charles, MI and went to high school at Michigan Lutheran Seminary. I graduated from Martin Luther College with an Elementary Education and Physical Education degree. This last May I married Evan Kolander, the 8th grade teacher.

     This is my second year teaching, but student teaching allowed me opportunities at all levels from K-12. I am the first called worker in my family, but have lots of support from my parents and grandma. I enjoy watching all sports, but baseball is one of my favorites. I love playing Disc Golf and have met the #1 player in the world, Paul McBeth. A goal of mine is to visit all 30 major league baseball ballparks. I am really looking forward to this year at East Fork. I know that it will not always go smoothly, but know that God has a plan.
